I have gone here several times and each time I have been impressed on how clean the shop is and how friendly and helpful the employees are. Bailey has been cutting my hair and she is great. She is very positive and really engages in the conversation which I enjoy, but I also get a great haircut everytime! Would recommend.

It may not be fair to review the store because I believe the issue is a systemic problem. But I don’t know where else to post this. I signed in online. I was told 23 minute wait through the app. No problem. I was 20 minutes away. I show up 3 minutes before my estimated time and now it says 33 minute wait. How is that even possible? I took pictures of everything to prove what happened. If I had known the overall wait time was going to be nearly an hour, I wouldn’t have gone today. But I foolishly trusted the system. I wouldn’t have even been bothered if it had been 10 minute wait when I arrived as I understand that it is an estimate. But how did the wait time nearly triple?

If I could give zero I would, worst non hair cut ever received. NEVER GO HERE. They made me wait an hour then let one of the "Stylus" friends came in and put them ahead of me. Then tried to blame me for leaving (an outright lie) and said I could wait another 20 minutes. No Thanks!
